We are pleased to announce that our firm expands its capabilities in Greece by adding a new practice: “Banking, Finance & Capital Markets”. 

We would also like to welcome our new partner Katerina Simopoulou who will lead the new practice.

With more than 15 years’ international experience in banking, finance, and capital markets, Katerina will provide legal and regulatory advice on Investment Banking, Private Banking, Compliance, Asset Management and Custody issues. 

Prior to joining the firm, Katerina served as a Senior Compliance Officer at Credit Suisse AG in Zurich (Switzerland) responsible for Market Area Greece & Cyprus and as the Head of Legal and Compliance at Credit Suisse Luxembourg S.A. (Athens Branch). Her extensive experience also includes 11 years as an in-house Legal Counsel at Eurobank Ergasias where she managed issues of crucial financing transactions.

 Katerina’s skills and creativity as a Legal Counsel and her ability to think out of the box will help our clients to achieve their strategic goals.

Katerina holds an LL.B. from the University of Athens, Department of Law, an LL.M in International and European Law from the University of Athens and finally, an LL.M in Computer and Communications Law from the University of London.
