Protection of Persons who Report Violations of EU Law
On December 16th, 2019, EU Directive 2019/1937 on the protection of whistleblowers (“persons who report breaches of Union Law”) entered into force. Two years later, the deadline for member states, including Greece, to incorporate the European Directive on the protection of whistleblowers expired.
